Individual therapy for older adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, pressure, relationships, and change.
What I Help With
Are you finding it hard to navigate all the changes happening in your life right now?
You might be feeling anxious, stressed, or unsure how to keep up with school, friendships, or decisions about the future. If these feelings are starting to make daily life harder—balancing school, relationships, or your social life—it might be a good time to reach out.
Together, we can create a plan that helps you feel more confident managing your emotions and more grounded in a life stage that’s full of change and transition.
Areas of focus include:
Anxiety & social anxiety
Stress, overwhelm & burnout
Life transitions
Loneliness & connection
Mild depression
Confidence & self-esteem
Boundaries & communication
Who I Work With
-

College & Graduate Students
Balancing coursework, jobs or internships, friendships, family expectations, and decisions about the future can be a lot to hold. Many students feel excited about the next stage of life while also anxious about how to manage new responsibilities or changes to long-standing relationships.
Together, we’ll reduce spiral thinking, strengthen boundaries and communication, and build realistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-informed strategies you can use between sessions so your week feels more manageable.
-

Young Adults (20s)
Early adulthood brings significant transitions: new places, fewer built-in connections, and questions about identity, work, and direction. It’s common to feel both energized by possibilities and unsettled by uncertainty.
We’ll clarify your priorities, explore the thoughts that are driving anxiety or indecision, and practice skills that help you take steady, manageable steps forward. This stage of life can feel overwhelming, but it’s also a time for growth, self-compassion, and building confidence in who you’re becoming.
-

High School Juniors & Seniors
Tests, applications, deadlines, and pressure from all directions can make this period especially stressful. Many teens feel pulled between excitement about what’s next and the discomfort of leaving what’s familiar.
Therapy can help lower anxiety, improve realistic thinking, and support decision making while making conversations at home calmer and more productive. We’ll focus on strengthening coping tools, building confidence, and navigating this transition with a bit more ease.
